24 - Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction with our cleaning performance each time we clean for you.  If you are unhappy with
an area of your home, please call within 24 hours for us to re-clean that area. We will make every effort to fix the area for
your complete satisfaction.

Payment

It is always due at the time of service. We accept cash and checks.  A $25.00 charge will apply if the check is returned
for non-payment. If a payment is not available when we arrive to clean your home, then we reserve the right to
reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to an additional fee. For new customers requiring immediate
scheduling, it is our company policy to require 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid beforehand. You can pay this
when the walk through for the estimate is completed, and then we can start our cleaning.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take personal information about your home and the details of your cleaning very seriously. Your information will
never be shared with anyone else.  Even though we may clean for your friends, family, neighbors or co-workers, we do
not gossip! Everything in your home, about your home, stays in your home!  

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Lockouts

We understand that life happens when you make plans! We respect that your plans may/will change and we will make
every effort to accommodate schedule changes.  The following are our policies if a situation arises.

NO FEE

A 48-hour notice is required. If your cleaning day falls on a recognized holiday and you reschedule within 7 days.

FEE

If you do not provide a 48-hour notice but wish to cancel the next cleaning date and reschedule for another date, and
the rescheduled cleaning day is within 7 days, the fee will be $15.00 above the stated price.  


LOCK OUT

If we are unable to gain entry to your home on your scheduled cleaning date the fee     will be $40.00 above the stated
price.  

Some examples of a lock out: cancellation without a 48 hour notice and without rescheduling, nobody home, locked
door, missing hidden key, or code to security system changed, and nonpayment etc.

Special Services

If you request special services in addition to your scheduled cleaning, please call at least 24 hours in advance. This way
we can allow for the additional time for these special services and provide you with a proper quote for the cost of these
special services.

Discontinuation of Service

A 48 hour notice is required, if you choose to cancel your service. Please keep in mind that if you choose to resume
your service that you will be charged the rate for a Preliminary Clean. This will be applied to those that were on a weekly
or bi-weekly schedule that have missed two or more appointments or if you were on a monthly cleaning schedule and
have missed one or more appointments.
